FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am located in Central Minnesota but am willing to travel just about anywhere! I do not have a fee for anyone who books within 30 miles of St. Cloud, Minnesota. After that, it is an additional IRS mileage fee round trip if you are within 2.5 hours (ex: if you are 80 miles away 30 would be covered THEN 50 miles x IRS Mileage Fee) . However, if it is over 2.5+ hours away there will be a charge to cover a hotel stay. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this please do not hesitate to ask!
When will I get my photos?
You will get your initial gallery of photos within 3 weeks of shoot date. From there you will choose the number of photos included in your package. Those specific # of photos from your package that you select will be edited and sent back to you within 3 weeks of the date you return the photo requests to me. You will then have access to your final gallery and printing lab.
Cant I print elsewhere?
Though there are many places that offer printing of photos for a low price, it is HIGHLY recommended you order your photos through our print lab on the download page once you get your final gallery. This is the only way I can gaurentee the same quality to be processed into a physical copy for you. Any photos that are printed outside of our lab are subject to copy write block and we will not be held responsible for any misprints, mistakes or changes in quality,
Can we create a custom package?
Yes! If you have an idea for what you are wanting outside of the above packages let's get in touch! Please note, custom packages are subject to approval by both parties.
